The food is incredible — juicy, flavorful burgers with the perfect balance of toppings, and the fries? Crispy perfection. But what really stood out was their amazing customer service. I originally ordered one thing but had a change of heart after placing the order. I asked if I could switch it out for something else, fully expecting to pay the difference — but to my surprise, they happily made the switch at no additional charge! That kind of service is rare and genuinely appreciated. It’s clear the team at Umbrella Burger truly cares about their customers’ experience. I’ll absolutely be back again (and again). Highly recommend!
Delivered while fresh, crispy, and warm! Such a great place for smash burgers. The sauce was creamy, the meat was well seasoned and the buns were the right amount of soft and toasted at the same time. The curly fries were fantastic!
Easily the BEST burger joint in Ottawa. The burgers are unparalleled in flavour, size, and complexity. Generous serving of fries every time, and the milkshakes are also wonderful. The staff/service is always friendly and quick! Highly recommend for a great burger.
YUM. Best mac n cheese in the Ottawa area. The burgers are also very tasty. Their menu seems very basic at first glance however after tasting, they don’t need more. Its a good grub spot without all the bells and whistles. Will be coming back for more of that Mac !
Wow, finally made it to this location on Preston Street. Well I started off with a smashed single pattie, which consists of 5 ounces of beef. Here they do not caramelize onions with the burger. American cheese, shredded lettuce and some red onions and let's not forget the lovely pickles. Omg, it was so mouth watering, non greasy, light and fulfilling. Their house burger sauce is made of, mayo, ketchup, mustard and some spices. Sauce on the side because I want Rxto taste the beef. Fries were light and airy seasoned with salt. By the way that 5.00 French fry can feed two people easily. The place is clean and looks fairly new. Can seat up to 20 people. The staff is very friendly. I really really enjoyed that burger. I strongly recommend that you try this place. Different but worth it.
The malt mayo dip is delicious, and the curly fries are awesome. Burgers are top notch, although we didn't enjoy the chicken as much. Looking forward to trying the Mac one day. Reasonable prices in this day and age.
